Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing from US Pet Food Intolerance.

You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 30 calendar days of your purchase. After this period, we reserve the right to refuse your refund request.

If you have received your pet’s report we encourage you to carry out the elimination period of 4-6 weeks based on our findings to see a happier and healthier pet.

If you have received our testing kit

After receiving your sample testing kit and you still would like a refund on your order please contact us via email at sales@uspetfoodintolerance.com. We will issue you with our ‘Returns Form’ to be filled out sent back to us with the unused kit.

If the kit is damaged, or the contents have been used or removed, we reserve the right to reduce your refunded amount by 5 USD.

We will refund you in full when we have processed the returned kit within 7 business days.
